What Will Repurposing Do For My Customers and Subscribers?

What will repurposing do for your customers and subscribers?
That’s a great question… Your first priority should always be your customers and subscribers….
You should ask yourself “what is in it for my customer?”; “how will they benefit from repurposing?”
Before I answer this question let me say this… one of the biggest mistakes that business owners make is not getting in front of all the eyeballs that they can.
I know that I’ve mentioned this before but it’s an important point…
Example: You have just created a best selling book on Amazon…You are getting great reviews and comments, and you are making some money for your efforts…
That doesn’t sound too bad does it?
Let’s take this one step further… There are four different types of learners as proven by researchers and educators. These learning styles are:
- Visual – seeing
- Auditory or aural – hearing
- Kinesthetic – movement
- Tactile – touch
Now knowing this, what do you suppose happens if you have a product like a great ebook that is only in text and your prospective client is a Auditory or Aural learner?…
This type of learner doesn’t like to Read… They don’t connect with you and you’re leaving lots of money on the table…
This is not a good thing… but it happens all the time…
That’s why I’m repeating myself… I want you to get this in your head…
By providing materials in different formats, you attract all types of learners and therefore expand your customer base. If you create an audio version of your material, someone who doesn’t like to read but does like to listen can be a customer you would not have if you didn’t have an audio version.
That makes good sense…
So what does your customer or subscriber get from repurposing? They get a product that they want, the way they want it…
They are happy and so are you…
Come back for some more on repurposing!
Repurposing PLR Content

Have you ever thought about taking a PLR product and repurposing it?
PLR stands for Private Label Rights. It is content that you buy with the full rights to reuse it as you want.
Most people that try to resell PLR products don’t do anything to better the product. They usually just set up a sales page or squeeze page, run some traffic to it and try to sell it. That does work but not as nearly as good if you repurpose it first.
Let me give you some examples that you can use today.
- Change the look by using new graphics
- Change or update the content, make it better
- Use some of the content as blog posts
- Use some of the content and create articles to submit to article directories
- Use some of the content and create articles to use on your blog
- Use the new product that you created from the PLR material and do some 30 second videos to put up on YouTube about the product
Depending on the PLR product there are many other ways to repurpose it. Repurposing is a great way to create products. If you are repurposing an ebook that is a PLR product don’t forget to turn it into an audio product also.
If you have a pleasant voice you can do this yourself very easily right on your computer using a free software called Audacity and a very inexpensive microphone (I’m talking under $20).
Or have someone you know that has a nice voice do it for you. It’s that easy and it will sell.
